We are proud to be building a global supply chain that delivers Indian Fly Ash to Europe and beyond, supporting the cement and concrete industry in reducing CO2 emissions and moving towards sustainable construction.
Fly Ash being an industrial by-product that has pozzolanic nature is an attractive additive due to its pozzolanic nature, spherical shape, and its ability to enhance the characteristics of concrete has an intrinsic value for the concrete industry. Moreover substitution of Fly ash in concrete makes the concrete more greener since it is Carbon neutral material and hence reduces the overall CO2 emission in concrete.
We have extensive experience in handling Fly ash in bulk and also in building, operating the necessary supply chain to ensure a constant supply of Fly Ash to our customers. All our processes are designed to ensure that minimal pollution is generated, from our plants to the end consumer as a result the concrete is much greener.
We have expertise in handling Fly ash in bulk. We transport Fly ash using ships, barges and bulker trucks preventing dust release to the atmosphere and thereby reducing pollution.
Our Vision
The global emissions of the cement industry is calculated to be about 8% of the total CO2 emissions. To meet the projected demand of the growing global population, use of raw materials is expected to double by 2060 due to expansion of the global economy and rising standard of living. Since cement is the most important raw material there is, it becomes rather imperative that we actively take part in the decarbonising of cement as a sector. It is our aim to actively contribute to this decarbonising process.
For every ton of cement produced 0.93 tons of CO2 is released (according to the national concrete association, USA). Cement as a sector is estimated to release around 8% of the total global CO2 emissions. Hence it becomes imperative that we decarbonise this sector to meet the targets set by the Paris climate agreement. Our aim is to provide the concrete or cement sector with the necessary tools in the form of carbon neutral Pozzolans to achieve this ambitious goal.
